footnote: so if Dom knows Red is not Raymond Reddington, what the heck? who is he, and who is he to Dom? I'm still sticking with my Dom is Red's father theory I've had for a while.....but how this all gets pieced together is going to be fascinating!!!!!
AH, I'm so disappointed. This character I've invested 5 years in is a fraud. I'm all Team Jennifer/Liz eviscerating him now. I hope they set him on fire while he's alive. The flare gun would be a good way to go. They'll have to do a lot to redeem him for me in Season 6.

Well I'm feeling pretty good about Redarina now. It really could turn out to be that in the end.

I knew you would be. But I hope they don't set him on fire because I think he's Katarina and really does love Liz, but not Jennifer.
Tuxie- I can deal if he's Katarina. I think that's the only way they can redeem him for me at this point.

well the internet is probably going to explode over the next few days.
But if he's not Katarina, there's a flare gun with his name on it somewhere.

Well folks, I have thought RR is FauxRED for a while (especially after I did a deep dive into the pilot episode), but who indeed is Faux Red? Which brings me back to Rederina which of course is one of the imposter theories.
Be that as it may, I kept waiting for someone at the end to say "I see dead people"

Were they implying that he killed Naomi?

lara1 - I think Liz did think Red was her dad until Sutton Ross showed her the DNA report. She seemed pretty shocked at what he told her. And Bokenkamp said in one of the interviews tonight that she believed Red was her father.

Wow, I'm really surprised that so many people didn't think Red was an imposter. I really never thought he was the real thing. And, I hate to admit it, I watched this episode like, what? really? that's it? I have way too imaginative of a mind... lol!

Brittany - I think so. Maybe afraid she would talk. Sending her away a ruse, maybe. So he would know where she was and "come for her" later. maybe

Tuxie400 - thanks for that. She certainly didn't act like it, IMO. but that's just me, I guess. LOL

Not at all surprised at this 'twist'. Kind of let down the way I was when they "surprised" us with Tom being held hostage by Liz after we all knew for weeks that that was who she was holding. I'm still not on the Redderina train. I posted my theory here a few months ago. It hasn't changed.
Liz killed her father the night of the fire. FakeRed didn't lie about that. Most likely FakeRed is a russian spy who was from that Russian village that Tom went to in Redemption who worked for Oleander and Katarina. He may or may not be Katarina's brother/Oleander's son. Tom figured it out because he had been at the Russian village so knew about the program. I'm guessing from the flashbacks that the cabal figured it out (maybe from testing the blood on the floor after Anslo Garrick?), and so did Naomi, but not sure when. Maybe she didn't actually know it until she saw Red again. Also don't know why she let Garvey and Jennifer go on believing RealRed was alive when she knew he was dead unless she was more afraid of the fakeRed than the realRed and wanted Jennifer as far away from his as possible. But my theory is that the reason Dom/Oleander is is on it is because he was the one who gave FakeRed RealRed's identity.
Btw, I'm probably alone in this sentiment but I do not like the new Liz at all. Red never technically told her he was her father, he let her believe it but never verbally confirmed it. He's never lied to her and he's been trying to save her life from the first moment he turned himself into the FBI for her. She is ungrateful and entitled. I'm all in camp Red. Do not want to see her flare gun him !

They might have been. They showed her tombstone in a sequence with Red killing Diane Fowler and Sam.

I will say, I can definitely see Jennifer and Liz going after Reddington and I think it would be a lot of fun! doesn't look like Liz is all that happy about it, but hey, she always wanted a family.

I think it's very telling that Red takes the bones and burns them with Dom.

I'm really excited that Liz out-maneuvered Red, and he doesn't even know it. The pupil has become the master. Go Team Liz!
