The Blacklister is called Tommy Wattles (per a photo Alyblacklist shared on Tumblr).

It says as Liz works with Red to find the killers that she begins to question his motives.
Interesting that this one is about arson.
According to AlyBlacklist's page, they've changed the name of this episode to "The Cook" from "Tommy Wattles".

The Cook, I guess they figure it goes with the fire better.....

LOL, I prefer Tommy Wattles. Much more funny/creepy. Maybe he isn't the real Blacklister though.

lara1, I agree with you! And I get a feeling form the promo this is really going to creep us out!
I wanted to mention there is a new promo floating around on tumblr that is just as creepy...
But, at the end of it Liz is asking Red what Tom meant saying that he figured it out?
Red tells her that 'the truth Tom uncovered has to do with me'.
Also, there are those classified papers all floating around again!

"Red tells her that 'the truth Tom uncovered has to do with me'".
Eastcoast - I saw that City promo. I'm surprised Red would tell Liz that already. While it seems shocking, it doesn't give away any more information. I doubt that Red will tell Liz more than that at this juncture.

Tuxie, That is what surprised me, that he said that so soon. I am sure he realizes that she is not going to let go of this until she figures it out. All that is going to do is fuel her more at this point. Maybe down inside he knows what Dembe says is true, if the universe wants her to know that she will find out one day. It is not in her personality to let this go. I do not think it is in most anyone's to be honest.
Every time he has said he isn't going to tell her something that she asks about I just sit here and shake my head. Most people want to know who they are and where they come from. Period!
Part of me feels like this is a bigger deal to Red than it seams to anyone else. Dembe has said a few times he should tell her. I found it interesting the last time that Dembe said you need to tell them.
Naomi said the same thing, and the way she said it was so sincere as if she felt sorry for her and Liz would understand in time if he would just tell her because It is a secret she should be let in on and not a lie.
well, off to RL........

But it doesn't actually show him telling that to her, does it? I know she asks him in one scene if he knows what "truth" Tom uncovered, but in the scene where he is saying that the secret has to do with him doesn't show who exactly he is speaking to. I don't know if he would tell her that at this point because it would make her distrust him and she'd likely badger him about what secret he uncovered. He could be bringing Cooper or Ressler in to help him cover up his path.

Good point, Brittany! It's cut in a strange way. Red may not be talking to Liz at all.

I thought about the spoiler too. But red may not be talking to Liz in that scene. And what he says could mean anything, when you think about it. Lol

Ha,! I thought that very same thing! The promos are notorious for their misdirection. I think he’s saying that to Cooper.
After seeing that sneak peek where she calls Red out on his non answer, maybe he does say something to her about the secret having to do with him. I guess we’ll find out tonight. I’m glad to see Liz not being so naive.

Brittany - I agree that it's good to see Liz calling Red out on his secrets. I think what she says does wound him a bit. Is that his conscience she's stirring up?

This is probably the first time that Liz has told him what Tom said to her and that was why she went home and was nearly killed. Red might have thought that Tom got himself killed by not heeding his warning to leave it all alone. Now he finds out that the reason Liz was there was not because she just happened to go home and stumble upon the scene with Tom and the bad guys, but that she was there [i]because of[i] them, and his secret that Tom had discovered. Red was the cause of what happened to Liz, and now he knows it was even more directly than he probably thought. So maybe that shakes him up a little, to now know the true depth of Liz’s motivations. So maybe he does tell her "part of it", like he did before in Leonard Caul. Of course that just made her angry at that time, who knows what this would do.
