The Daniels leaving The Blacklist?

Apparently Daniel Cerone has been hired to do a new show for UPC-Darkhorse Entertainment. This appeared recently in Deadline Hollywood:
UCP-Dark Horse Entertainment’s genre development slate includes Mind MGMT, from Matt Kindt, to be developed for TV by drama series veteran Daniel Cerone (The Blacklist)

Daniel Knauf recently posted on his Twitter that he was pitching a new TV series.

I hate to see the two Daniels go, since their episodes have been some of my favorites in the series. I wonder if they will still write a few Season 5 eps.

Re: The Daniels leaving The Blacklist?

Thanks Tatiana.  I suppose that for a writer, creating and writing your own series is quite rewarding.

I don't know if this equates with Cerone no longer writing for TB, they have various writers doing episodes and some as I understand it may have been promoted this year.

With Daniel Knauf, didn't he already have another project he worked on last year?  I can't recall as I wasn't following that very closely

But I agree with you, I really do love their episodes and hope to see more.

Lara - yes, Daniel Knauf worked on a different project in between The Blacklist. I assume this will be the case again for season 5.
