Question: Will discussion for tomorrow night's episode be grouped together or 2 separate entries? I ask, because Dembe Zumba discussion didn't receive as much attention as Requiem.
Patter, you bring up a good point. I think it would be best if we coupled Kaplan and Kaplan, Conclusion. Clearly it is a continuation of a story.
In the case of Dembe Zuma and Requiem, they were wholly separate episodes with not continuation of story (and both were jam packed with awesomeness!) so there was much to discuss in each episode.

Yes, I'll leave a note on my bathroom mirror. I'm already tired and running on auto pilot.

Didn't really know where to put this article,
It's mentioned that Kaplan loved Red and Red loved Kaplan. We also see these words exchanged during the show. I want to believe Kaplan is Kaplan and Red is Red and there are no imposters (not likely), but I would like a backstory of why and how Kaplan could develop love (not in a romantic way) for someone who I believe Liz calls a Monster? (don't quote me!) It seems in Requiem she accepted Red's offer as a way to stay close to Masha, but not in her life (unless she was instructed by Red's people to apply for KR nanny ad). More fitting to me that she would resent Red the whole time while working for him and especially when he decided to turn himself in and expose Masha as Elizabeth Keen (???)...well before Liz and Tom's wedding and what transpired after that. I'd like to see the how they became more. How their relationship moved from employer/employee to caring deeply enough to say you loved that person. And then my mind runs to, "Well if Dembe can love Red then why can't Kaplan??!!!" I'm so hoping for some clear answers tonight.

Patter, that is a big question for me as well. How did they go from Kate hating and despising him to loving him and comforting him? I could understand protect, respect, and loyalty as they both had the same overall mission in mind. But loving him and supporting him emotionally (which we have seen her do several times in the past) is a question for me absent an event that brought them closer together. I could even understand her pretending to care for him if it served her purpose but here we had an avowal in the last episode about her past (at least) emotional attachment to him.
Per the spoilers we are supposed to get the "real" reason why Red turned himself in to the FBI. (I suspect that were multiple reasons but we will probably be shown the "main" reason - at least as far as Kate knows or understands it (but does she know or understand all, is another question - Red seemed angry that she had presumed to know what was best or to execute her own strategy in conflict with his own.)
In any event I'm looking forward to tonight. I expect lots of chatter - everywhere! - and a couple of bombshells to be dropped - they have been promising this at the end of the season since last October, so I do think we will get something to help fill in the blanks.
