Writer's strike averted!
Good for them (and for us). They managed to negotiate and come to satisfactory agreements, thus avoiding a strike (which would have started today). Below is an article Dave Metzger (TBL writer):

No reason why The Blacklist would have been disrupted unless they know they have a S5 since S4 is wrapped and done…..I think it’s just a matter of waiting for the official announcement from NBC which, if past history holds, should land a few days before upfronts on May 15.Source:alyblacklist
