Kinda knew Mr. No Fanfare Insurance Guy was in on it. Why show an insurance guy if the mission is clear?

You're as greedy as we are! Never herd that one before! lol

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln . . . . .how was the play? lol

Shades of the blacklist - nothing you can say that will make me call off the hit
yet howard does say the only thing that could
So wonder again what Red said to Kirk. Not that he's Kirk's son obviously LOL

the finale looks crazy! can't wait

Easily - this was Famke's best episode! Terrific work in the last 10 minutes. Both ends of spectrum. Solomon was #2 star, always brilliant. Lots of hero build up for Nez. As usual, Tom is glue that drives the show!

yes agree re Famke's acting. it really pulled me in and got me involved with the character.

Really exciting and pretty well executed episode! Looking forward to next week!

Now what could they possible do for an encore? The 1 Big, Happy, Family of Murderers & Executioners doesn't really work that well on TV, does it?

A 1 and 1/2 granny square episode! (I'm getting faster). I agree: next week looks intense.

I loved Scottie and Howard's scenes. What a crazy train couple! Apparently Howard didn't believe his own doppelganger story. If he had, he couldn't have known Scottie would stop the hit on Tom since he's their son. And I don't believe Scottie loves Howard. You don't torture someone you love. They're both big fat liars. Maybe it's the carb deprivation.

Tuxie400 - good point about the doppelgänger. Then again, Howard could really believe it and also know that she would not break character no matter what so would still have to call off the hit. A gambling man, perhaps?
I agree with you that Scottie doesn't love Howard. She was mean and vicious toward him and that's before she brought in "the electrician". Which brings me back to the doppelganger theory. She doesn't really love him because she's not really Scottie. May just have spent all of these years seeking to disable him as he said, to gain control of Halcyon for purposes of - Whitehall.
or maybe not. LOL

I;m going out on a limb here but suspect Scottie, Howard, Tom, Nez, Solomon & Computer Whiz will have to unite against a suddenly common super-enemy next 1 or 2 eps - or majority thereof. Just can't bear to see Scottie & Howard in verbal vomit-fest mode!

Well I heard the season ends on a cliffhanger so that is possible. I wonder also if that's the tie in back to TBL.

Just occurred to me that the ventilator sound we heard in the Scottie Hargrave episode of TBL - that many of us thought was Howard - hasn't shown up at all in Redemption.
Maybe it's the REAL Scottie who was replaced by the Russian doppelganger husband-electrocuting deep cover spy Scottie.
Or maybe I should have gone to bed hours ago...

That was a good episode. I agree with the above comments!
Colleen!!! #38, That would be a trip! lol

Soooooooooo, did anyone notice that SH said to Tom in the preview that SH is asking Tom to tell her "all you know about her father"....
So now maybe we are going to see why Red tells Liz it matters who her father was and why it puts her in danger?
Such motherly tender affection...
