You know it looks from the photos like the apothecary is researching snake venom and is using it on his wife and maybe a child. What if the whole thing ends up Red has been seeking his help for something and was accidentally poisoned, but the promos are misdirecting us again, as usual? There really is a lot of research being conducted into snake venom for medical purposes.
Or we could be reading more into it than what's there. 
Either way, you all will know before I do and it will be super tough to stay offline until 11:00 pm PST this week! (blink)

All I know is that if Raymond Reddington dies in the last 60 seconds, the fans won't believe it. There have been too many fake deaths on this show. Now I'm wondering if Reddington isn't doing this to himself as way to "let Liz go." Maybe the story of setting up the death of Pruitt's husband in prison was foreshadowing Reddington setting up his own death. It may his way of ending this "war" and protecting Liz and Agnes. But will he leave something behind in the cuckoo clock as a message for Liz?

Tuxie400 - that is very possible, that would also mirror Liz's death and so many other fake deaths.....
I watched the promo very slowly...in that last scene before they show the subway and what looks like Red falling (not necessarily by the subway), Red is cautiously walking around what looks like the red door (!) to the kitchen - looks like the same one as in the restaurant shots. From the look on his face, he gets the shock of his life.
It could be any of: Kaplan, Dembe, Cooper, Liz, or Katarina......even Ressler (given that there may be more to the Red/Ressler thing than we know) Or none of those, or something out of left field

ok 2 questions on the promo.
does anyone recognize the woman who is in the trunk of the car?
Does anyone see someone standing over what may be Agnes crib (can't tell if she is in it but looks like a baby blanket) when Red is leaning over it with a gun in his hand? a person with a greenish-yellow colored jacket?

I missed the woman in the trunk. But then I only had time for a quick look this morning. Back to work!
