Honey West - I know it must hard not to visit your kitty at the animal hospital. Here in Nashville we've had 253 confirmed cases but only three deaths. Most of the cases in our city are not as virulent as in other states. I think only four were bad enough to be hospitalized so far. Today we only had four new cases, so I'm hoping the Safe at Home protocol is working here. I've been coughing and have had a slight fever for about five days, but I don't have any shortness of breath.. So I don't know if it's a regular cold or Covid-19.
Fingers crossed, Tuxie400! I hope the protocols slow it down like they should. I think they said we are about a week or two away from getting hit. If it follows some of the other outbreak areas, which we also hope that staying home will help. I've had a scratchy throat, too. Paranoid, I hope, because I also live in the allergy capital of California and everything is blooming like crazy!
Yes, very hard not being able to visit her and let her know I didn't abandon her. I can call for update anytime and about half an hour ago they said she's doing good! She's even eating for them. At the hospital! Cats almost never do that! It's also a 24/7 emergency vet so there are lots of people around all day and night. She's in good hands.

My cat had to stay overnight one time and I was a mess! That was the first time I had ever had that hard of a time leaving my pet. 😔 I think because she really doesn't like being away from me. She was very upset.
I have been staying in as much as possible. Because of my allergies, I have coughing and a sore throat all the time. More days than I don't. But I had the flu before. I know that wave of tired that comes over you. Its horrible.
I hope everyone stays safe!
I hope the rest of our crew is doing well! I have to figure out what I'm going to munch on this week from my sweets! 😁 IowaWatcher, have you got yours figured out?

Honey West - Glad you are getting positive updates about your cat. And that's nice that you can check on her by phone at any time.

Hi everyone. Just stopping in to say hello. I didn't watch the episode and probably won't be watching the rest of the season. I read the post here that the show was renewed and that they didn't say next year is the final season and I just don't feel like watching another 2 1/2 years of the same story redone over and over to maybe get an answer, maybe not, maybe it'll drag on even longer.
Glad everyone is doing well with the quarantine. I'll check in every once in a while just to say hello to all my Blacklist friends!

Honey West - I'm so glad your cat got to come home early!
KathyN - Thanks for checking in with us, even though you're no longer watching the show. BL is a habit I find hard to break - no matter how frustrated I become with it. I no longer spend much time thinking about it, and I never rewatch anymore. I watch now without any expectation of answers.
