    Hey, remember the Case Study Houses?
    Apparently one is up for sale, a rare event. Case Study House #16 in Los Angeles is for sale for $2.99 million. I can't provide the link here because our local paper's online edition is subscriber-only, but here is the blurb for their article.Case Study Houses go fast.     I will read that when I get a chance HW. Thanks for posting.  I remember we really did a lot of research on those.
