I'm guessing the first question refers to this spoiler about "Katarina delving into the memories of an old friend" (ie: Ilya). I'll leave the second question here because I don't want to start a new topic on one question about a Ressler centric episode unless there's more info down the road that warrants a separate topic. But I am looking forward to it!
From:
Question: Any scoop on The Blacklist? Specifically, if the second memory manipulation will be addressed in Season 7? —Jen
Ausiello: EP Jon Bokenkamp tells us, “The short answer is ‘yes’. We are going to be doing an episode that dives into memory extraction and manipulation, but [it will not be] about Liz’s memories. This time we’re doing something entirely new, and these memories are going to give us a fresh perspective on the events we’ve already seen. Buckle up.”
Question: It seems everyone on The Blacklist — Red, Liz, Aram and Cooper—- got a big episode early in the season. When can we expect a Ressler episode? —Daisy
Ausiello: Bokenkamp promises that he has “not overlooked Ressler,” adding, “It’s safe to say, Ressler might be sitting on a little secret of his own, and we’ll be digging that up in the back half of this season.”

Sounds like we are going to see the past events from someone else's (Ilya's, presumably) perspective. That should be good!
Hmmm, wonder what Ressler's been up to that we don't know about?

With this and KR coming up, I'm guessing this one is a 5. KR should 2 or 3, I would think.

I just looked on tumblr and there is a list showing young Ilya and Dom again along with the rest of the crew. There were some other names too but I can't remember them all.

There are also actors listed for Madeline Tolliver and Gregory Flynn, the aliases of Fakerina and Berdy. There's also a character called only Young Woman. If you look her up (Kathleen Littlefield), she's a dead ringer for Lotte Verbeek. She might be young Fakerina, or maybe someone not important at all. In any case, I love flashback episodes and memory extractions, so I'm excited about this one. Maybe it will explain Belgrade.

That's my take as well Tuxie, that the young woman will likely be a young Fakarina.
Very excited for flashbacks and memory extractions.

Tuxie, those were the other ones and I couldn't remember their names.
I have 2 thoughts. Either it is them when younger, Or, they killed them and took their identity.

There's a new trailer out for this episode. I'm guessing, if the trailer is anything like most of the 'big mystery revealed tonight' trailers, that last scene with Liz pointing the gun is going to be the last seconds of the show. And we may or may not see who she's pointing it at (although it's not too hard to guess who it is!)

There is a mini clip of a red haired woman laying down. Does anyone else think that it could be Kathleen Littlefield?
KathyN, I'm sure they will leave us with a cliffhanger like that. Lol.

Another clip via TVGuide. Sure looks like he's Ilya. If not, he's the same guy who was pretending to be Ilya back in 1991.

It gives me no great pleasure to say I was right. The show runners are so predictable. Tease the cliff hanger scene and then show it in the last minute with no resolution. I was hoping all through the show that they'd surprise me and I'd be wrong. The preview they showed for next week following up this scene is also predictable, in a different way. Once again, Liz goes out on her own, keeps secrets from Red and ends up being duped.
