7.10

According to Daniel Cerone's tweet tonight, 7.10 is titled "Katarina Rostova " and he wrote it. It’s will also be the mid season finale.

He also said he is writing 7.14 which is Agent Park's backstory.

Re: 7.10

HW, I am glad we are getting a KR episode.  I am a bit surprised we are getting a backstory on Park and she is so new. It isn't that I don't welcome that story, but We really do not have a backstory for Ressler or Aram yet?  We just got one on Cooper.  So I am hoping this has something to do with Liz when she was there.

Re: 7.10

I am wondering what number she gets?  Has to be at least 2 or 3.

Re: 7.10

12/13/2019 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Friday) : Red and the Task Force pay a visit to a former blacklister, as an explosive confrontation leads Liz to make a critical choice. Laila Robins, Brian Dennehy, Aida Turturro, Michael Cerveris, Rade Serbedzija, and Brett Cullen guest star.

Meaning we'll see some familiar faces. It's strange that they are not making a two-parter for this blacklister though, but then it could also be too soon to already wrap up her plot line.

Re: 7.10

Thanks, TheYeti. I was just reading that on Twitter. Looks like Ilya is still alive so far. I wonder if Katarina is going after Dom? Or maybe Dom wakes up and decides to tell the truth for a change, forcing Liz to make a choice.

Re: 7.10

Screen spy has some photos.

I wonder what Krilov is there for? He’s sitting in Ilya's interrogation chair. And then there’s the photo of Liz, Katarina and Ilya. I don’t t think this memory thing is going to go well for him.

Re: 7.10

HW, that's a crazy looking mess isn't it?  Ilya looks dead or close to it.
I wonder if they bring Dr. K. in to explain what sort of technique was used on him?  Maybe ilya has dome permanent type of brain injury from it and they want to know if it could be undone?
My other thought is maybe they want Dr. K's memory of past events?  He said that she found something out about Red, so he must know what it is.

This whole thing about messing with peoples memories on there is crazy.  At this point I have to question how many people have had their memory changed?

Re: 7.10

Funny thing is this past holiday weekend all of the premium movie channels were free and I caught the last half hour of the remake of The Manchurian Candidate with Denzel Washington. I hadn’t seen that one.

Yeah, I wondered if maybe the other guy went too far and they needed to bring in Krilov to try to fix things and get the information. Maybe Liz could get Krilov for them? I’m trying to remember where he went after we last saw him but I’m too busy/lazy to look it up.

I think Liz's choice is who to help - Katarina or Red. But, as usual, we'll have to wait and see.

Re: 7.10

When we last left Krilov, he had been arrested and was in jail somewhere awaiting trial.  I was thinking Red needed Krilov to help Ilya after the other guy's procedure.

Re: 7.10

Thanks, Tuxie400! I couldn't remember if he was arrested or got away or Reddington took him.
That's another good idea about why he is needed. From the photos, at some point we have Liz, Katarina and Ilya all in the same room. Makes me think that maybe Katarina knows that Liz can possibly get Krilov for her, and she is pretty desperate for this information that she is seeking. The only thing I can think of that she could use to get Liz to get Krilov might be to reveal herself to Liz. Now, Liz has seen Ilya with Red, so she at least could figure that he is involved with everything, or maybe KR tells her that he is Ilya. That would throw Liz a bit since she thinks Red is Ilya. Daniel Cerone wrote the episode, so anything is possible. LOL! Sounds like a worthy mid-season finale to me.

Re: 7.10

I am so anticipating that Ilya reveal scene after a season of turning my theories into a pretzel.  Not only will Liz get a real truth after her misdirection, even if it's not the full mythology, but we'll also get another scene with Dom (hopefully they don't both die or end up permanently unresponsive).

Re: 7.10

I was looking at the cast list, did anyone notice Samar is listed? Is it a fluke?

Re: 7.10

Cate, I would like to think they will both be around for a while, but not holding my breath. I would like to think Liz will get some truth.  It's a wonder Liz can trust anyone.

Re: 7.10

And I see that Katarina Rostova is Blacklister #3.

Re: 7.10

Number 3?  Interesting. That's the highest number we've seen. Who does that leave for numbers 1 and 2?

Here is the trailer for episode 10 that aired after tonight's episode:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rEo6IuClXk

When I first saw this tonight I didn't realize it was Birdy who knocks Liz to the ground. I slowed down the video on youtube though and it's clearly him. One interesting easter egg I saw once I slowed down the video is when Liz is laying on the ground over the smashed table, there's a stuffed rabbit on the floor near her legs. Not THE stuffed rabbit but it's a tie in to her history for the die-hard fans who analyze everything.

"Katarina"'s expression is evil.  No way in my opinion is this her birth mom.

Re: 7.10

It leaves 1,2 and 5 for the low numbers.

Re: 7.10

I still think 1 and 2 are Liz and Red. Maybe 5 is Dom?

Re: 7.10

Now that we know Neville Townsend is at the top of the Townsend Directive, I wonder if he won't be the next big bad, and possibly in the #2 of #5 spot.  I would expect Katarina Rostova Conclusion to be in the #1 spot.

I was thinking he has to be a low number.  I was thinking 5, right next to the OUC.  Of course,  they have surprised me before. But I would think they are under 50.
