I was remembering something from a long time ago. I wanted to bring this up before tomorrow nights show.
Not saying after seeing all the new promos and pics that this would have anything to do with this, but I am going to throw this out there because it was a true story from back in the early 80's and has to do with identity. I was thinking how easy it has been in the past for people to do this.
There were two guys who were roommates. They looked a lot alike! One of them had outstanding warrants for fines and other stuff.
The roommate who did not have any warrants died. The other guy switched his ID with his dead friend. They came and picked him up, looked at his ID and never questioned anything. Dead and buried as the other guy!

I have a vague recollection of this.
Do you remember any other facts about this? State? College? Names? Area of country? I want to read up on it! :-)

Eastcoast - Your story reminded me of a 1993 movie I really liked called Somersby. It's set post Civil War, when a farmer return home, and his wife suspects he's an impostor. After being convicted of being an imposter, fake Jack Somersby tells the wife the story of how a man had to share a cell with another man, who looked like they could have been brothers. After sharing a cell for four years, they got to know everything about each other. Upon his release, the real Jack Sommersby killed another man, then died from a wound he got during the fight. Horace Townsend (fake Jack) then buries Jack Sommersby, which is seen in the opening scene of the film, and decides to take his identity. The movie was based on the case of 16th Century Frenchman Martin Guerre.

Tatiana, I looked up what I remember which is not much. It was in the south, early 80's, Florida, Georgia or Alabama? Anyway, what I have learned is it seams to happen a lot! Crazy!
Tuxie, I never saw it. Sounds good.
