2 Truths and a lie
Two truths and a lie...
1, Raymond Reddington will be sentenced to death by a jury of his peers. Yes.
2, Dembe will lie to Red to protect Liz.
3, Elizabeth Keen already knows the Reddington impostor's true identity.
1- Liz will thwart Red's plan to scape from prison. Yes.
2- Cooper and the Task Force will come under new management. Yes,
3- Red reveals a big secret about Liz's past at Samar's and Aram wedding. No.
1, Samar and Aram are going to have a baby this season. No.
2, Ressler will testify on behalf of the prosecution against Red. Yes.
3, Dembe will abandon Red this season and walk away.

I would say in the first group, Dembe will lie to Red to protect Liz is true.
It looks like in the last group, Dembe will abandon Red and walk away is the truth. I think with Red sick this comes at a bad time. But maybe Dembe has too once Red learns the truth of Liz's involvement in his arrest.

I am not sure he really lied. He didn't offer any extra information. He only answered the question Red asked. Just like Red does. I am back and forth on that and not too sure what to think?
I had asked if anyone knew where they were at in filming just before the first episode on another board. In one of the previews it showed Red confronting Liz about turning him in. I wanted to see it again but now I can't find it. If someone remembers where it is can you post a link? Please! :-)

Eastcoast - I haven't seen or heard of any previews with Red confronting Liz about turning him in, and I frequent several fan sites.
Fans do disagree about whether Dembe lied. It was very similar to what Red does. But by my personal definition it is lying, as is a lot of what Red does.

I agree withholding information is lying. It is in this house! I think Red lies a lot. JB and many others do not feel the same way.
It was in one of the mixed previews in the week before episode 1. They were showing a bunch of clips mixed together. He is telling her that his enemy has been right here all along or in the room all along …. something to that effect.
