Hi folks! Excited about our return to The Blacklist. That was one loooong hiatus!

Hi Tatiana! Glad to see you started the episode thread. The hiatus was excruciatingly long!

Thank You Tatiana, You guys are Not Kidding! That was crazy Long! My son said it could be worse, he has had to wait a long time for the Game Of Thrones. So true.

Yay! Tatiana started the new episode topic!! I am checking in briefly before I have to leave for a meeting, but you all will have seen episode one way before I even get back home. 10 PM is still 4 1/2 hours away!
At least I won't be home and be tempted to look on here.
See you all on the other side!

I'm getting silly excited! We're all set up wiht the big screen, lights out, theatre style. Hoping the antenna feed stays steady and clear (we got rid of cable 2 years ago). This is the one time I wish we still had it!

Here we go!

That was fun! Our antenna feed is not so good, but I liked that Liz brought out the box of mementos from the night of the fire.

What was with that rabbit? It was much darker than the original.
Whoa! So the fire house was outside of Dover, Delaware. Was that the house by the water Kirk talked about - the one where RR had the gun in his mouth?

What did the doctor say when Red asked him 'where is it?"
Offline
Tatiana - I couldn't hear what the Dr. said. I wonder if "it" is Koehler's patient records.

So we're pretty much exactly where we started. Except that we now know where the fire house was and we have a tiny bit of information from Jennifer.
I was struck, as I'm sure others were, at yet another parallel storyline/character/setting with the underground stealth medical unit.
We'll have to see it again tomorrow as our connection was not so good.

The doctor must have told Red the patient records were in the Picasso - but Picasso was a dog! And now we know Koehler was the plastic surgeon who changed Red's face.
Fun episode! Jennifer took the news that Liz shot and killed the real RR pretty well. It is hard to blame a 4 year old.

Tatiana - Sorry your connection was not that good. I just cut cable a week ago, and NBC comes in crystal clear.

Good set-up episode! Yes, I'll be re-watching tomorrow, as well.
Help me out if you remember: where was the house that Red bought and set on fire?
Prediction: Jennifer is going to be killed before the season is over. I just have that feeling.

Iowa-I agree, I think Jennifer's time is coming soon...
Lots here and it does feel different in a good way. It feels like we are getting drips and drops of some back story. We shall see.

Forgive me if we've had this discussion! You might try inputting your address at a site like www.TVfool.com where they tell you where the stations are located and suggest antennas for the best reception. You might find something like the "Leaf" can hang in your front window on a suction cup! Or you might need something with more amplification.
When I moved, I needed to get a new antenna. I got this one, and I get 28 clear channels. I did have to move it around a bit. It's now mounted on my west wall, near the ceiling.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode. I think that'll move the story along a bit. Still, a good opening! Loved the beginning.

Tatiana - I'll take those drips and drops wherever I can get them. LOL
Iowa Watcher - The house Red blew up in Season One was in Takoma Park, MD. It must have been the imposter's house.
This Delaware beach house doesn't seem to match up with the downtown fire report young Kaplan was watching on TV in Requiem.

Thanks! It wouldn't surprise me if it was the imposter's house.

There are multiple houses and who goes with what is a bit confusing.
This razed house in Dover does not seem to be the one shown on the tv which was a row house and I believe the tv reporter said it was downtown I think.
Dover is close to the water though, isn't it? There's an air force base there.
