Here's the press release for the third episode.
603: The Pharmacist [airs Jan 11 at 9pm, regular timeslot]

Now, seeing that, I wonder if Cooper's difficult choice is turning in Red to the feds. Ken Leung is supposed to be the assistant district attorney.

That idea works Tuxie but I had the impression he is caught before the 3rd episode. If he is the one who turned Red in then that could be why he is saying that he has to pay for his crimes trying to explain himself....

Eastcoast - I'm not sure if he is arrested in the second or the third episode. There's been some talk of him getting out of a tricky situation in #2, so I think that's something else than the arrest that leads to imprisonment. But we'll have to wait and see what actually happens.

Looking at the photographs on Alys website it seems that Red is either arrested in the first or second episode.

TheYeti, It is good to hear from you!
It seams like it will be early on in the season and spends several episodes in jail. We are hoping they can keep it interesting. I look forward to what they come up with to keep our interest.

So I saw that Jennifer is being hauled away by a few thugs.
I wondered at first if this could have had something to do with Garvey's old crew. Then i just keep thinking about the man's face that her and Liz saw at the empty lot. He seemed a bit surprised that there were 2 of them. He probably only thought there was 1 daughter. I kept thinking they have a big mouth and just gave up too much information. I'm sure there is so much about that fire we don't know!
And the one person who could help her is in jail. I am curious how far out of her league she is in this situation. I guess we will see if she has any of her mother's skills.

Eastcoast - I'm surprised Jennifer gets taken so soon. I wonder whose those thugs are. Could they be sent by Red, the Cabal, or Garvey's old associates? Or could it be some other criminal intent on getting that flash drive of Hans Koehler's? There are lots of possibilities.

There sure are a lot of possibilities in this show.
I wonder if the wife got out of town while the getting was good?
Red crossed my mind. I am sure he knew she was in the closet. I just can't get over another closet with someone in it. Who is next? Lol
The sad apart about that whole thing to me was to think she had to be so afraid and hide. Sad when they have to feel they can't have a relationship with him knowing it.
If her mom is really dead or she believes she is, then Liz might be all she feels she has. Still hard for me to trust her though.
Jennifer had to be afraid of him her whole life and it doesn't seem to end.
I'm not sure if that is Liz chasing after her or not in that other scene?

Eastcoast - Despite how sympathetic I am to Jennifer, it is hard to trust her. But I think her being a wild card makes the show more interesting.

Tvline Just posted a video of Cooper being questioned.

Eastcoast - I just watched that. They're going to make Harold answer. I wonder what he'll say.

Thank you HW for posting the link.
Tuxie, there was something posted somewhere that had the caption that you can always count on him to tell the truth. I do not know that he will lie again under oath.
