    Designated Survivor

    Probably had its best episode in its inaugural season last nite.
    Lots of contributions by the supporting cast, especially Italia Ricci & Maggie Q.

    Kiefer didn't have to do the James Spader Experience - and go nuts with his rather limited/constrained acting.

    Actually, Kiefer is a tremendous TV actor but can't hold a candle to Spader. Who can?

    All said a very solid viewing experience!

    BBB - thank you for this information.  I have not watched Designated Survivor might might give it a try.  I am probably one of the few people on the planet who never got into "24" .  After a few episodes, I quit.
