This group of people that time forgot reminds me of The Village. Apparently they think "others" can infect them. That must be why they're wearing the gas masks.

Why doesn't Red know where Carla/Naomi is? He made arrangements for her to have a new life back in Season 2. Did she get Garvey to help her instead?

Why doesn't Red know where Carla/Naomi is? He made arrangements for her to have a new life back in Season 2. Did she get Garvey to help her instead?
That's what I've suspected since seeing that clip earlier. She must not have wanted to be under his protection/monitoring.

She's part of Team Red - the 2nd one on the list after the first doctor was killed

Bringing in Garvey would definitely allow for them to retcon a lot of the Naomi/Jennifer story. And actually I don't even really consider it a retcon because we weren't told much or guaranteed that she was being truthful. But they could have Naomi having always been in contact with Jennifer and the whole thing about not seeing her being a lie.
