well if she was really born in 1983, she was too young to be ballerina girl in 1987 unless they are really going to stretch that

Lara, I think he moved her away from Naomi.

The possibilities are almost endless. We got the big cat out of the bag, but we really can't draw anything else from it.
Although we can add another type of relationship
Real/biological father... DNA
adoptive father... Sam
'step' father, as in Alexander Kirk/Constantin Rostov
Father figure .... Angel - Harold Cooper
Father figure.... Devil - Raymond Reddington
Surrogate father.... Ian Garvey

didn't jennifer say that red had been wanted for 20 years? that can't be right acc to what we know.....

There's a Bokenkamp interview on EW about the Jennifer reveal. They call her Lilly in the aritcle.

i need to re-watch. if he looked after her since she was a kid, he must have known naomi and jennifer hasn't been in witsec for something like 10 years

so after they confirmed the Jennifer-Garvey connection through WITSEC, it made me wonder: could Red have killed Carla/Naomi after we see her in season 2? She said Garvey looked out for her as a kid so he would have known Carla.
I don't think Red would kill Carla/Naomi. She's safely hidden away.
Yeah, I saw both Variety and ET online. I thought it was really interesting that he talked about how ruthless Liz is and that she isn't going to just be some soap opera sister reunion but use her to get to Garvey and learn Red's secret. Super interesting.

tatiana - of course if Red isn't really Red, then he is not Jennifer's father. unless there's a twist and he's imposter Red but as such is her father. LOL

I don't tend to think so either, but it did cross my mind since we now know that Garvey would have been connected to them from early on. Plus it would have nothing to do with KR, which they made pretty clear it does back in 4.22.

Not unless these are layers of stories, one on top of the other, but slightly askew.
It's as though we're coming full circle. Somewhere in season 3 the storyline started to fold back onto itself.
This is like she's Liz in the first episode in 2013.
I think the 20 years thing is once again just someone rounding up/down and not meaning actual time. 28 years doesn't roll off the tongue as well. And I thought she said "for over 20 years".
I thought it was interesting in the articles as well that Red has been searching for Jennifer this whole time and unable to find her.

I don't think Red would hurt Naomi, but Frank is another story.
We know Garvey told Tom that the bones gave him power over Red, but how true was that? Or how much of the power was emotional, not physical/criminal/life-threatening? And clearly Garvey has a major emotional interest in this.

that's a good observation.

I read the articles. interesting. JB drops hints about the origin of Red's "character" and who Jennifer really is. That's an interesting thing, if she is the daughter of Carla and Reddington, yet there's an enigma around who she is.
I also found it interesting that they chose an actress with reddish hair and blue eyes.

Brittany - its interesting that Red can find anyone he wants except Jennifer. not even with Glenn on the case!
If Garvey hooked her up with new identity that could have gotten over even on Glen. Plus Aram said she had moved. She lived in Virginia under the name for a while before going to Baltimore.
I’m eager for Red to find out Liz has found her. And that Garvey has been in her life all these years. I’m also interested to see how things play out with Liz and Jennifer. Liz hates Garvey and Jennifer hates Red. Liz is determined to get Garvey and probably isn’t above using Jennifer as a pawn. I don’t think this Liz is going to be someone Jennifer may like. She’s very much like Red these days. I wonder if she could get Jennifer killed or something and put a wedge between herself and Red on her own, not counting whatever take the bones tell.

Jennifer is not what I was expecting. I think Elise/Janet or Emma would have made a better Jennifer. Both of them were highly intelligent covert operatives. This Jennifer works in a bar, thinks Ian Garvey is a good man, and has bad posture. She says she's Raymond Reddington's daughter, but she doesn't seem to have any of the traits our Red has. At least she was nice to the drunk guy. But that kind of showed she was pushover.

Lilly/Jennifer is Liz's shadow figure. I can imagine, from her disposition and the way she carries herself, that she's the depressive, quiet, darting eyes type. Liz is the opposite.
Odette and Odile.
