So Red was there at Liz's ballet performances, as well as graduation and her wedding. Aw... I thought her final self profile was very touching - especially when she added daughter.

This episode was stuffed full of doubles/hiddens/doppelgangers/... daughter... interesting isn't it, that that was Liz's last word.

I sure hope they don't kill off Singleton. I like him. And it would be very interesting to have new blood at the post office.... Ok strike that, a fresh face... enough with the blood.

So what is Red going to do with Sinclair? How is he going to help Red?

Apparently Singleton isn't dirty, but he is tied into U.S. Marshal Garvey in some official capacity. I'm glad my instincts weren't wrong about him.

Ballet, yes. I was going to ask you all about Red's attending the Swan Lake performance every year. Liz wasn't old enough to be in the ballet if you take the date off that bulletin, but this must confirm the ballet scene was about Liz and her parent.

Yes, I’m glad Singleton isn’t dirty. It looks like some sort of joint task force. Metro PD, DEA, US Marshalls.

And what about all the doppelgangers being buried? That was weird! Will doppelgangers have anything to do with the suitcase body? I'm having this weird feeling that Red is going to fake his own death in a fire, using both Earl Fagen and Raleigh Sinclair.

Part of my KR theory is that Red faked KR’s death by trying to make it look like her as much as was possible in the 90s. Could tie into the doppelgänger thing. I’ve been wondering if he might run off or pretend he’s dead should his secret be exposed. Not that I want another faked death but the show writers love it.

Tatiana - That was my feeling. But surely that date has some significance. Maybe toddler Liz was in some ballet class for babies.

Oh my, that is insightful... And that could very well be true. I think Jon Bokenkamp said once the big reveal takes place, the series would have to end. Maybe that's why.... or something to that effect.

Yes I wonder about that. JB seemed a bit cagey about how they weren't sure how much to reveal about that this season. But the ballet girl Red imagined in 1987 couldn't be Liz if she was born in 1984. All this talk of doubles, dopplegangers, "daughter", makes me think about the 2 girls, replacement daughter theory again. And your find, Tatiana, about how Tansi means daughter.

I agree that it does look like a joint task force, likely on drugs since they are talking about the Nash Drug Syndicate.

lara1 - We don't know that Red was imagining the girl dancing in the year 1987 - just that he still had the program from that year. He could have been imagining Liz dancing at an older age, or Redarina could have been imagining herself.

I am still no closer to figuring out what Garvey wants from Red. Anyone had their theories/ideas advanced tonight?

Separately - The whole involvement with the drug syndicate looks like it could be a massive undercover op. maybe?

Now that's a very interesting twist. So following this theory, would that imply that Katarina is still alive somewhere?
