If Agent Navabi is in love with Aram, they can't work together in the long term. Unless she told her former boyfriend a white lie, and she's deciding her allegiance is the FBI/USA instead of Mossad.

Hmmm I think this was the first, or at least, one of the few Blacklisters where Red did not have a quid pro quo. Except of course to play a role in getting Navabi back. Surprised he did not get more involved though. But I guess he was busy twisting Diaz's arm!
