Episode 9.13 -Genuine Models Inc

Let's hope it's a good one!  I'm looking forward to the comments.

IW, what is on the snack menu tonight? I have a bag of Pepperidge Farm Cookies. Verona Blueberry.  They are wonderful!!!

It's a shame you have no crackers

Yummy, Eastcoast! Various cheeses and fancy crackers from a retirement party at work, with the remainder of the white wine, was my snack.

A mostly good show tonight! I thought the guy running his car off the cliff was a little contrived, but the rest was decent. That was a great detail about the wig hair tracing back to the nurse.

Next week's show looks like it's going to be intense.

2 HO's - 1.5 Hums
Mediocre episode for all involved.
Spader and his guest star, Joely Richardson played off each other very well.

Wonder how much those models cost?

Asking for a friend . . .

Re: Episode 9.13 -Genuine Models Inc

That was a nice episode. I always like it when Red is interacting with old associates and Joely Richardson played it well. Nice twist that it was really Barney's wife calling the shots. Cassandra was right, in the old days Red would've just shot her on the spot.

I couldn't really accept the robots as being so "real". Maybe if they had been CGI instead of real actresses it would have made them more "believable" as robots? I guess it would have been very expensive to try to do that and so we needed a bit of suspension of disbelief on the part of the viewers. Other than that the crazy hacker guy was very convincingly crazy. They led us to think he was targeting the powerful for wrongdoing as part of their positions but his real motive was more unexpected. I think the writers were having fun seeing how many twists they could come up with.

I was out of town on Friday and the only TV I got to see was the UCLA game at a pizza place. LOL! I did watch the stream when I got home last night.
