Perhaps only James Spader knows better - but I have to believe this will be the last season of TBL. 
A move to Friday nights after success on more popular (viewers) weeknights is usually a death knell for series like TBL.
Series like Hawaii-Five-0 and McGyver can exist on Fridays because they've never known anything else. They're Tier 2 or 2.5 series with limited casts, costuming, direction & storylines. More simple affairs although the best of both series are sometimes better than the worst offerings of TBL.
