I'm not super-excited by that storyline again. I just hope they handle it in a new and unique way that truly advances the story. Of course, if you think about it, this is a sort of a natural storyline for the situation. There will always be people who want to get inside the Task Force and see if Reddington is really part of it and what his part is. Marcos almost caught him, I'm sure there are others who'd like to.

Re the mole in the storyline.  I would find this interesting if it were a continuation of 4.06.  Some of us speculated that Elise was too obvious and it was either someone within the Task Force or Red's own troops.  So if the storyline were a twist on that, and Red has been working behind the scenes to figure it out, that would be good.  Or, the mole is working for someone else other than Kirk to get intel on Liz, the person surfaced once the news about Kirk stirred up more information on the whole Kirk/Masha/Red relationship.  I'm assuming that the FBI pursuit of Kirk and the freezing of all of his assets, rendering him on the US sanctions list, was a public event, in the sense that even if the news outlets did not cover it (and they might have, given who Kirk is), the information is still out there for those who want to find it.  In other words, if your assets are seized by the US government and you can't move funds in or out of the US, the banks have to enforce that, so the name is added to a list of accounts to be frozen and wire transfers to be blocked.  So that information would be out there for those who know where to look and that would be interesting.

If its an unconnected mole story, that is less interesting to me.  I guess time will tell.

RE my #5, Red has told Liz that the Masha revelation has unleashed enemies.  Not one but more than one.  After Katarina's secrets.  So some of us, myself included, speculated that was Kirk's real motive - to stir up memories and unlock some secret that Liz may have.  As it turns out, that was not what Kirk was after.

I still think there is a big bad out there, someone far more dangerous than Kirk, one of the real reasons Red came out of hiding.  Red didn't seem to be that concerned with Kirk, he wasn't on the list and he didn't consider him a threat til he came after Liz.  But i think there is someone else.

Sorry gone a bit off topic.  Hopefully the mole situation relates to something like that.
