Vote for your favorite addition to Red's team.

While I like all of them except Heddie, there's just something about Tadashi that captivates me. Maybe it's his youth and facial expressions, or the way he idolizes Red and spouts Star Wars quotes. My second favorite is Earl Fagen. The guy has great stage presence with Spader, and his lines have been outstanding. I adore John Noble, but Raleigh is an odd duck, and I think we'll only see him one more time.

I adore Heddie. She has been putting up with men’s nonsense her whole life and she is over them. But Red Proves his worth to her and she sees him for the genius he is while not being sucked in by his charm. She puts him in his place by saying he isn’t even remotely her type and her overall approach helps keep Red humble. . I also really like Tadashi, Smokey and Fagen. Each is brilliant in his own way and brings something fun to the table.
My least favorite is Anthony, mainly because there isn’t much interesting about him and he isn’t really fleshed out. And like Tuxie, I find Sinclair odd and likely just a short term member of Red’s gang.
And the plus side, I heard Teddy filmed a scene recently so we will be seeing him again! Ive missed him.

Brittany - You and I do share the least favorite. Anthony just doesn't grab me. I agree that all the new additions bring something fun to the table.

Tadashi, Fagen, and Sinclair are my favorite. But Fagen and Tadashi were a tie. I love Tadaahi's freshness, youth, brilliance, and geeky personality. And his mom! Lol!

Tatiana - Tadashi does have the Dragon Lady mom to give him bonus points!
I think Tadashi's mom should count as her own person...an anti-member of the team, if you wish. lol. I love her.

And she even intimidates Red!
By the way, that scene where Red tried to appease Dragon Lady with a lavender massage was a Redarina moment!

I like everyone just like a fw more than the rest.
The kid and his mom add some humor which I enjoy a lot. He is young, his humor is fresh and grin is infectious. His mom added something different to the mix which is always nice.
I like Fagen because he seams deep and has some mystery to him.
I like Heddie's straight up honesty and I enjoyed her telling Red he wasn't her type. I thought that was great. Let alone a bit brave maybe... But that is about it. I think what I don't like is her and Smokey arguing back and forth with their talk, it is just doesn't mesh for me.
Sinclair is an odd duck Tuxie, really odd!!

Someone voted for Anthony the mailman. I'd love to know what that person loves about Anthony. Maybe he/she felt sorry for him because Brittany and I said he was our least favorite. What I do like about Anthony is that he's a small-time operator who's drawn into Red's orbit and is ill-prepared for it. While he can be feisty with Red, he's totally fearful of other criminals.

Anthony's appeal is that he commits the crime, stealing the cocaine, for love of the girl, not from pure greed.

Good insight! People do crazy things for love. However, my take on Anthony was that he wanted the liposculpture more for his own insecurities than love.

Agreed, Tuxie. I didn't see that as a 'loving' action because if it's love, it shouldn't matter. He was afraid that she would leave him if he wasn't in better shape, etc.
I could perhaps like Anthony if they fleshed him out more. I wonder how much we will see of him.

My point was that his motivation was not 'pure greed' as opposed to criminal drug dealers/cartels who spill blood for money.
He did it for love, for want of love, to be loved, because he feels inadequate - a more human desire.
So his vulnerability and true human desires are more understandable and thus more relatable.
So I could see why someone might vote for him. My instinct was to go with Sinclair but I voted for Fagen instead probably because he's been in more episodes so we have had more time to get to kniw him. That, I want someone to see the fire in my eyes and want to play with it line did it for me ;-)

True!

For me, its Fagen all the way. All of that repressed, smoldering desire to commit fires; his intriguing name, and his history with Red. I'd like to know what fire he set that went wrong and affected Red. I think he runs deep.

lara1 - Did you vote in the acutal poll at the top? I didn't see Fagen's total go up.
