Great 100th episode! If I hadn't been so tired, I might have caught on to the twist a little sooner. It was good to see Glen.
I like that Red has money again. It's more interesting when he can hop on his plane and be somewhere exotic.

It was a highly entertaining episode. Glen was hilarious saying the hospital would be like a five star hotel, and the idea of Red jetting off to buy a castle was fun!

I think the eyeball had a tracking device and not a camera in it. So maybe it can help Liz track down Garvey eventually.

Love the callback to previous eyeballs in the show!
Hahaha not many tv shows where you can make a statement like that!

Did anybody catch where the castle is that Red wants to buy?
The audacity of Red seeming a little offended that Liz would play on their relationship and manipulate him by helping him and having her own agenda. I mean, where does he think she learned that nonsense? lol

The eyeball - Liz said something like it was next gen. That implied it was very advanced technology. So if that's who Navarro, and perhaps Garvey, are working for, that to me means something like the government or Scottie's company (can't remember the name - was it Grey Matters?)
Colleen, I didn't make a mental note of where the castle is. Was it Trieste maybe? sounded Italian or middle Europe.

Yes - Liz was a mirror image of Red in this episode, in that way.

Halcyon Aegis, I think.

I did a little research on next gen or bionic eyes. Some of them do have cameras with electrodes that attach and send the image impulses to the brain, allowing people with damaged retinas to see. I don't think the term "next gen" has anything to do with spying. It's medical technology.

Tuxie400 - thanks for that info. Interesting, though, that of all people, someone working for Garvey had it. Its an odd thing to have pop up in the story. I wonder if it forms a link to something or someone else.

lara1 - Garvey didn't look all that high tech to me. His wood chipper was pretty old school. I was thinking as a medical device, the bionic eye might be trackable, thus leading authorities to Liz. If it did have a camera as a component, the codes that sends image impulses to the brain might be stored and be able to be retrieved - either identifying Liz as his murderer or leading Liz to Garvey.

Tuxie400 - two very good ideas. I like them.

#100 was a solid episode. Not quite the drama of last week - nor the carnage!
No fresh meat fed to Hungry Tiger Liz - but the addition of Glen & Nathan Lane was a delight. Nice touch to bring back The Carnies to help with cartage & suction!
Red got back into his quasi Shakespeare/Bunkowski mini rants. WONDERFUL.
Now lets see where the glass eye with the recording technology leads us?

I wonder if that eyeball has been recording things? But Tom died over a year ago (in their world)....
I"ve also wondered if Liz may find out that Red's bullets were linked to the murder of Albert Dennison. Cold case type thing and that Liz may discover Tom was in contact in Dennison.
I wonder if it was a camera or a tracking device? Maybe Navarro was bait. Liz gets the device, Liz goes and shows it to Red. Garvey finds out where Red is located. The question is, is that what he’s looking for? Seems he could have found Red any time. He’s not exactly invisible. I think he’s after something else. But I have no idea what.

Trieste.

I thought he said Trieste too lara1. I looked up Castles over there and there are a few to mention.
Miramare and Castello di San Gusto.

Overall it was a good episode. Seamed calm compared to what we have had. I guess we needed that. No one was burned at least, I guess all that is next week, the preview looks really out there as in creeeeeepy...
HW, I think it is sort of a tracking device. If Tom were here he would know this! lol

lara1, I thought of you when Liz looked at herself in the mirror. It seamed like a normal thing to do if you had just stewed someone down the drain. You might Take a good hard look at yourself after that!

Nice to see Liz use Glen (partially) for a mission . . . . then even visit him in the infirmary after!
For a true mission, one that involves the horror of battle - I suggest Liz team up with none other than Aram's old friend - Elise! No question, they'd be fun!
