I have a thought rolling around, what if the spin off with Tom is to rescue Red???
After all, if she knows Kirk is not her dad she is going to think Red is.

Yes, I think so too re Fitch. He was in the box and I bet he had another identity, prior life.
I think next week we will have some kind of huge reveal as a cliffhanger. whether its the father thing or just a very illuminating reveal about Red, I don't know. But something will happen and change things. That's my theory tonight, LOL

Well, we have been predicting since Spring that Liz would not be a match for Kirk even though he believed she was his daughter.
Eastcoast #59 - You may be on to something thinking Red is going to alter his DNA.
I loved that the clinical trials were being done aboard a ship. The participants really couldn't just walk away.
Now that Agnes is safe, Red seemed like his old enthusiastic self again when telling stories and extracting information. Spader's scenes were all very entertaining. I cracked up when he was trying to find all the objects in the Highlights Magazine and Dembe knew where the last one was.

Next week probably bring's Kirk's arc to an end - and introduces us to at least one new major sub-plot. Also, some new cast directions for Tom (eligible for his own spin-off) and one or two regular cast members. The Kaplan/Mountain Man arc should be substantially advanced.
Other than Kirk one or two major/minor cast members take a bullet....

Tabs- You're right about the Decembrist being another identity for Fitch. I was thinking he probably had another normal name too.
Tatiana and lara1 - So if all these other people have two identities, wouldn't it follow that Reddington does too?

Right! There were several people in the Box! Heck, Ressler was even in the Box (but in stage parlance, I would call him a prop to advance the storyline in that episode)

I remain most curious as to what Red wants from Dr. Shaw.
I am going to be hung up on that til next week, LOL. Have to re-watch that scene again carefully. but he's set up some sort of lab/operating theatre for her, not sure which......

Well of course Red does have other identities. He has Kenneth Rathers and that alias he used with the Bethesda flat. Plus others that I can't remember right now. But if Raymond Reddington is an alias too, who is he really?
Maybe Ressler has another identity too. Hmm...

Well, I think we knew that he was probably not her dad.
I am wondering if Red is going to alter his DNA not to match hers thinking he wont hurt her that way?
And I think we had figured out there would be a stem cell thingie that would show Liz was not his. Red seemed surprised when Liz told him. And yes, eastcoast, that's what I was thinking, too.

I hate two-parters. So the big question is will we get the answer we've been waiting four seasons for? Or will that be the cliffhanger. That really wouldnt be fair, if you ask me.
Anyway, at least next week we will get to see Liz punch Odette in the face.

Dembe just warms my heart. 
Didn't Dr. Shaw say to one of her patients that she needs 2 weeks? Was that to see if her (insert word cuz I'm really not sure what to call it) works on the patient? Assuming Red needs her to perform that on him, no way there'd be enough time to alter his DNA before Kirk finds him.
