Hey do we think Nik saw the database result? was that astonishment he was registering? And is that why he was really killed - not just because he was involved.....but he saw the results?

Oh boy! Excellent episode. So many parallels to earlier ongoing Blacklist themes. This one will turn out to be very symbolic in the end after we find out the series endgame.

Agreed. I feel like the parent sacrificing herself to save her child may foreshadow the end for Red...sacrificing himself to save Liz.

I think Pete met his end as well.
So who is onto him and how did that person know? inside person traced the database search to a perhaps unauthorized or unregistered laptop? They didn't think of that possibility did they....this is FBI agent with high level clearance.
