I consider posts where I don't comment on other posts all that much to be drive-by comments, since it's mostly just me prattling.

My mom is getting better. Kind of. From this ordeal, at least. She had a nasty blood infection that left her messed up for most of the summer.

Oh, Tuxie400! I'm very sorry to hear about your mom! I can only imagine what you and your family are going through. I hope the very best memories of her help ease the more crushing moments--do take care.
