Hi all, just a note to those who are not aware - The Blacklist Exposed podcast now has an interview with Annie Heise (Elise/Janet), just posted today, in addition to the interview with Susan Blommeart already posted.
I have not listened to it, but thought I would just let you all know!

Hi all, I listened to both of these interviews. They are both good, but each is very different from the other. I enjoyed both of them.

I listened to Susan's and only part of Annie's because my computer got an attitude.

I listened to Susan's interview the day it came out. She really doesn't like to reveal much. I don't think she's used to being interviewed. I did enjoy her actress origin story. Who knew she liked vampires, or would want to portray one. I guess that's when she was bitten by the acting bug.
I'm too busy right now to listen to Annie's interview. I imagine she was a much more lively subject than Susan. I'll save hers for a day when I need to smile more.

I loved Susan's story about how she got to play "Renfeld" of all characters! I love Susan and really enjoyed listening to her, especially her views as an actor, getting work etc., but I'm generally interested in that kind of thing.
I think the session with Annie could be characterized as lively, but I felt I learned more from the Susan interview. But that's only because I have more natural interest in what Susan spoke to. They were both good sessions, in different ways I guess.
It sounded like the podcast is coming back with something else sometime in July. Can't wait - I'm sure I will be having TBL withdrawal by then! LOL

Heard the Annie Heise interview last night, or perhaps 90% of it after being attacked by a variety of inhuman autobot telemarketers. I now usually answer "FBI Anti-Terrorism Hot-Line, may I have your name please!". This usually causes even the livest live-wires to mis-fire and sputter. Have had a lot of fun with that one, I must say. Just try to interrogate them in a Spader-like manner - but most flee in terror, probably some quit their friggin' buggered up jobs as a result of the chance encounter!
Anyways, Annie is so full of joy and energy, its amazing. I think there's a chance the s-runners will bring her back next season - perhaps allowing her to take other roles if her resume and shining on-camera presence aren't enough.
Love her background, her serious study of acting - her assessment of stunt people (really amazing description) and how she interprets her TBL role. Also her comments on difference in acting styles and cadence between the comedic/funny Amir Arison and the more pedantic/serious Mozhan Marno.
Didn't realize her last name pronounced High-Zee ,,,,, NOT Hice!!!! so maybe I'm still able to learn new stuff!!!
