    Did the perpetrator who killed Small steal Red's $200 million or is that money just stuck because Red's people can't find it.....

    Because if it was stolen, widens the possibilities of who could fund the war on Red, maybe.  I thought it was just stuck and they couldn't find it but I could be wrong...
